Orders & Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
We carefully prepare every order within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, your order will arrive within an average of 4–9 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Why isn't my tracking number working yet?
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your order has been shipped. If your tracking hasn't updated after that, please contact us at Info@oliva-rose.com.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within approximately 7 business days to your original payment method.
Are returns free?
Unless stated otherwise during a promotion, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I request a return?
Simply email us at Info@oliva-rose.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll guide you through the process.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly. If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we'll do our very best to make any changes or cancel it before it ships.

Can I use multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise during a special promotion.
